About Us

We're a family-run pool tile cleaning and restoration company in the East Valley. After 30 total years in the field, we don't just scrub tile — we read it. Calcium, hard-water scale, and buildup all behave differently depending on your tile, and we treat every pool as its own job. No draining, no damage, no shortcuts. Just your waterline brought back to like-new.

Pool Tile Cleaning in the East Valley
Dust Devil Pool Tile Cleaning LLC is a family owned pool tile cleaning company based in San Tan Valley, Arizona. We remove calcium and hard water scale from waterline tile and Pebble Tec by blasting with MaxxStrip, a soft, silica free mineral media that strips buildup without damaging the tile. The pool is not drained for a standard cleaning. We only lower the water a few inches. After every cleaning we seal the tile to slow new buildup. We clean pool tile only. We do not do pool repairs, so cleaning is the whole job and we do it right.

We serve San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Gold Canyon, Apache Junction, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, and Florence.

Pricing is $8 per linear foot with a $600 minimum. Most pools cost between $600 and $2,000. You get an exact price before we start. Request a free estimate or book an appointment online at dustdeviltile.com/booking-page. Call or text (480) 463-6875. Open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

What others are saying

"I could not be happier"

Dust Devil Pool Tile Cleaning did an Amazing Job !
We live in the East Valley and are on Well Water. Very Hard with High Mineral Level
The Calcium Line was thick and pronounced and I thought that it wouldn't be able to get it back to the Original Tile.
I could not be happier with the finished job they did.
Showed up at the appointed time and finished in a couple of hours at the price quoted.
A+++
Steve G.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about pricing, the process, and what to expect. If you don't see your question, call or text (480) 463-6875.

Question 1: How much does pool tile cleaning cost?

We charge $8 per linear foot with a $600 minimum. Most pools land between $600 and $2,000. You get an exact price before we start, and the price does not change once we begin.

Question 2: Do you have to drain my pool?

No. We clean waterline tile with the water in the pool. We only lower the water a few inches. Full and partial drains are available when a job calls for it, like an acid wash or chlorine wash, but a standard tile cleaning does not drain your pool.

Question 3: How long does it take?

Most jobs are done in a few hours. We show up at the scheduled time, do the work the same day, and clean up before we leave.

Question 4: What areas do you serve?

We serve San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Gold Canyon, Apache Junction, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, and Florence. If you are close to one of these cities and not sure, call or text (480) 463-6875.

Question 5: What is the process?

We blast the calcium and hard water scale off your waterline tile using MaxxStrip, a soft, silica free mineral media. MaxxStrip is harder than the calcium but softer than your tile, so the buildup comes off and the tile is not damaged. It is pH neutral and dissolves in water, so it is safe for your pool and your landscaping. The water stays in your pool, the job usually takes a few hours, and we clean up when we are done.

Question 6: Can you clean Pebble Tech?

Yes. We remove calcium and hard water buildup from Pebble Tec and other pebble finishes at the waterline, the same way we treat tile. Different surfaces hold buildup differently, so we adjust our approach to the finish. Calcium comes off, the pebble stays intact.

Question 7: Do you seal the tile after cleaning?

Yes, every time. Sealing comes standard with every cleaning, not as an upsell. The sealer slows down new calcium and scale buildup, so your tile stays looking new longer. Most companies stop at cleaning. We seal with every job.

Question 8: Can I book online without getting an estimate first?

Yes. You can request a free estimate if you want one, or you can skip that and book your appointment directly at dustdeviltile.com/booking-page. Pick your day and you are set. Most companies make you wait for a quote and a callback. We do not.
